Strength Class

NFS Strength focuses primarily on free weights and building an whole body strength routine.    
Class is 45 minutes in the morning and provide you a workout routine that will focus on different body parts during the week.  
Instructor led, you will push your strength limits and build your overall confidence in and out of the gym.  Watch your body transform as you add strength training to your other routines.
